Frequency is all around us, from the music we listen to, to the Bluetooth/Wi-Fi devices we use, and even our own bodies. There is a rhythm to life that can bring us good days and bad days. However, with musical therapy, we can use this tool to help us get through any moment in our lives and heal along the way.

Each day, we all run on different frequencies, and life experiences can change our melodies in a heartbeat. From an amazing upbeat song to a horrible low beat song, we never know what adventure the universe is going to throw at us. But with musical therapy, we can determine what Source Music we want playing to empower us and bring us to our higher purpose and change the frequency of our lives!

Just think of a song that can change your mood right away. You know the one that can bring a smile to your face or bring you to tears. The way these songs can bring on a wide range of emotional feelings and affect your state of mind and overall mental health is incredible. You are the DJ that gets to control the mood in the room, or in this case, your mind.

With this in mind, you can use this tool to choose a song to conquer life’s adventures and leave you feeling higher energy. As you control the frequency of your emotional state, you can use your current emotional state to determine what level your vibration is on and decide which one you want to be on in that moment. Some examples of this would be using a highly motivational song to pump up your energy to battle a challenge in your life or a love song you sing to your broken heart to lift your spirits.

You are the DJ in the hotseat, and you get to make the playlist of your life. You are the master of your own universe, and you can decide whether you want to listen to the same old rhythm of your life or change it up to empower yourself and change the frequency of your life to the one you want to live. The only person you have to play for is yourself because it’s your life, and no one knows how to live your life better than you.

One of the best places to start is to create a few different playlists in your favorite music platform with different emotional levels you want to work on and how you want to use these playlists. For example: Lift-up my spirits, Pump up my energy, self-love, romantic love, empowerment, singing out loud, etc. Playlists can help you expand your life and help solve problems you may be going through.

I have used this form of musical therapy in my life to get through some really tough moments, from a messy divorce, break-ups, heartbreak, long days at work, childhood traumas/inner child healing, parental guilt, change in life, self-esteem issues, loss of family members, and finding my higher purpose in life. This is where I found the inspiration to write this blog.

What I found with musical therapy was the ability to help digest the issue I was having and come to a peaceful understanding of the problem and help get through the obstacle in my life. One of the most powerful playlists I created was my high self playlist, with the intention to create what I wanted in life and how I wanted to feel living my best life.

This list was composed of all the songs that spoke to my heart and made me feel good about myself. It ranged from songs that touched a wide range of aspects in my life, such as inner child, women empower, sexual energy, love songs, affirmations, sing-alongs, operas, songs from my childhood, chants, and different cultural background songs with amazing beats.

Each one of these songs made it to my list for one main reason, and that was because each song brought on a different frequency that changed my emotional state of mind and helped me reach a new frequency of higher vibration. I found that each song on my playlist helped me to shift my mood, and gave me the motivation and inspiration to keep pushing forward in my life.

One of the songs on my playlist that always lifts me up is “Upside Down” by Paloma Faith. Whenever I am feeling down or overwhelmed, I put on this song and sing along at the top of my lungs. The lyrics remind me that I am strong and capable of overcoming any obstacle that comes my way. This song has helped me get through some of the toughest moments in my life, and I am grateful to have it on my playlist.

Another song that always makes me feel good is “Cover me in Sunshine” by Pink. The upbeat tempo and positive lyrics never fail to put a smile on my face. I love to dance around my house to this song and feel the energy and joy that it brings.

Creating a higher self playlist has been a powerful tool in my life, and I encourage others to give it a try. You never know what kind of magic and inspiration you can unlock through the power of music.

In conclusion, frequency is a powerful force that surrounds us every day, and we have the ability to control the frequency of our lives through the use of musical therapy. By creating playlists that are tailored to our emotional needs, we can tap into the power of music to change our moods and lift our spirits. With this tool at our disposal, we can navigate life’s challenges and find peace in difficult times. Musical therapy has been a source of healing and inspiration for many people, and by creating our own higher playlists, we can unlock the full potential of this amazing form of therapy. So take control of your emotional state, and let the power of music guide you to your higher purpose in life.
